5. Consent, Personalized Advertising, and Privacy Controls
Where required, Brick Slide may display a consent-management interface before certain advertising or tracking technologies are used. This may include the AppLovin MAX Terms and Privacy Policy Flow and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region and applicable law, you may be able to consent to, reject, or manage certain advertising purposes and partners.
You may also be able to change advertising or privacy choices through the Game, your device settings, or platform-level controls. Changing consent may affect the availability or personalization of advertising but does not necessarily eliminate all data processing that is required to provide the Game, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with law.
6. Apple App Tracking Transparency
On supported iOS or iPadOS devices, Brick Slide may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing or using data for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies where ATT applies. If you deny permission, we and our partners will respect that system-level choice for ATT-regulated tracking. You can change ATT permission later in your Apple device settings.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include:
- Consent — for personalized advertising, tracking, or other activities where consent is legally required.
- Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to provide Game functionality or requested services.
- Legitimate interests — for purposes such as product improvement, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service reliability, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with law, regulatory requirements, tax/accounting obligations, or valid legal requests.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information:
- To the SDK, advertising, analytics, attribution, hosting, platform, payment, fraud-prevention, and technology providers described in this Policy.
- To publishing or distribution partners, including ZPLAY and its affiliates where applicable, to operate, test, distribute, measure, market, and support the Game.
- When required by law, court order, legal process, or governmental request.
- To protect rights, safety, security, users, the public, the Game, or our services.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset transfer, restructuring, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising activities may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws even where no money is exchanged; where applicable, we provide legally required choices or rely on consent-management and platform controls.
9. International Data Transfers
Our providers and partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating the Game, analytics, attribution, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by data category and provider. Third-party providers maintain information according to their own retention rules and legal obligations.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and the right to appeal certain decisions or lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Residents of jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Brazil, California, and other U.S. states may have additional statutory rights. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.
You may also reset or limit advertising identifiers and control certain privacy permissions through your mobile device or app-store platform settings.
13. California and U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Where applicable U.S. state privacy laws apply, the categories of personal information described above may include identifiers, internet or electronic network activity, commercial information such as purchase records, geolocation inferred at a coarse level from technical information, and inferences related to app engagement. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy.
We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable California law. Where advertising practices constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under applicable law, legally required opt-out or consent mechanisms may be provided through consent interfaces, device controls, or partner mechanisms.
14. Children
Brick Slide is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by applicable law. In jurisdictions where a higher age is required for independent consent to data processing, users below that age should use the Game only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been processed in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately handle that information. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding such concerns.
15. In-App Purchases
Brick Slide may offer consumable and non-consumable in-app purchases. Transactions are processed by the applicable app store. We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, price/currency metadata, receipts, and related information necessary to grant purchased content, restore eligible non-consumable entitlements, measure purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and detect fraud. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
16. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated processing. Advertising systems may automatically select or optimize ads based on permitted signals and consent choices.
17. Do Not Track
Mobile platforms generally do not provide a uniform "Do Not Track" standard. We respond to applicable legally required privacy signals and platform-level consent or tracking controls where supported by the technologies we use.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, SDKs, partners, legal requirements, or our practices. The latest version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
19. Contact and Privacy Requests
For questions, privacy requests, or concerns relating to Brick Slide, please contact Hani Games through our official website at https://hanigames.com/. Please identify Brick Slide in your request and provide enough information for us to understand and respond to it.
This Policy should be read together with the privacy and consent choices displayed inside Brick Slide and the privacy notices of the applicable app store, publisher, advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution providers, and other third-party services.
